Hi, I'm a newbie.  I just can't seem to get pads with holes in them!  The pad is there 2nd in top row from right in PCB Tools box, but the parameters Hole(D) and Hole(Length) are both set to zero.  When I try to type a value in, I can put in a value, but the program changes it back to zero every time so I just get blind pads with no holes in them. I am using inch parameters, pads are 0.07inches, holes I would like are 0.04inches.  Have tried everything, round pads, oval pads, round holes, slot holes, but still nothing works.  Help!
