I made the order for the first time, filled out all the forms, clicked pay, the site gave an error, as a result of the money was withdrawn, the order did not appear, what the fuck.

I'm having the same problem.  When I click "Account" it takes me to a blank page.  I've tried with Firefox, Chromium, and Internet Explorer (same result on each browser).

Same here,, the "ACCOUNT" page only shows me a blank page. And\, I have waited for a shipping cost refund that they claim they have made 3 days ago \(they showed me a blurry screenshot about it\) but the refund never came back\.\. What a "pro" service :\|

@ghozy @aaroncardon @denisj0000000 That seems JLCPCB website's bug, they will fix.

I received a reply from their support informing me that my order was received and that it will be shipped soon.  The "Account" page still appears to be broken.
