There are several problems with your simulation schematic.

1. You have used several devices which do not have spice models assicitaed with them;
2. You have put a voltage probe onto the gate of the MOSFET but then shorted the gate net to the ground (0) net. In simulations in EasyEDA, putting a voltage probe on the ground net is not alowed;
3. To monitor the voltage across R16 you either need to ground the lower end of the transformer secondary and R16 or use a differential voltage probe.

(1) and (2) are show stoppers. (3) is just a measurement problem.
