On bottom silk layer of my pcb there are two lines that I would like to delete but I can't select them. Whenever I click on those small lines the whole component gets selected. As a result I cant get rid of those pesky lines! I am talking about the one next to 9 in the left bottom corner. Am am fairly new to Easyeda. Am I missing something obvious? If you mean these dashes: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/3blkGmUcxZ7B7BM1Cjx0EUZIMXbvezt2X5JuztYD.png) ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/a1xdggXlwaLpekQeJ0Up9IPh4mHsxy4EQMohIE09.png) then they are part of the Arduino Micro Pro PCB Footprint that is assigned to the Schematic Symbol for U1 in your Schematic. You can either 1. use the Group/Ungroup tool on the PCB Tools pallette to ungroup the footprint, delete the dashes and then regroup it or 2. search for a suitable or edit the existing PCB Footprint to remove them and then save the new PCB Footprint under a unique name. Note however that if you do (1) then when you do Update PCB... from the Schematic Editor or Import Changes... from the PCB Editor then your edited footprint will be overwritten by the one from the library. If you do (2) then you must assign your new PCB Footprint to the Schemati Symbol in your Schematic using the Footprint Manager. If you do not do this, the original PCB Footprint will be still be pulled into the PCB. If you do not know how to do this please read (1), (2.2) and (2.3) and follow the checklists (4) and (6) in (2) in: [https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How-to-ask-for-help-and-get-an-answer-71b17a40d15442349eaecbfae083e46a](https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How-to-ask-for-help-and-get-an-answer-71b17a40d15442349eaecbfae083e46a)

@andyfierman Thank you very much. I edited the foot print, updated the PCB and it is all fine now. I am such an idiot. I forgot that I have put those little lines by editing the footprint not by adding it to the top silk layer. I still wander why I was able to move numbers (9 and 10) which were also on the footprint, but I couldn't move the lines. This was probably what confused me. Anyway, thanks to your help problem is solved now.
