Can't update a module once saved?

Hi, I've created a module, saved as module. Doing further saves doesn't report any errors, but the changes aren't actually saved. Is this a known bug, or something specific to my module?

Hi! OK, trying to share the link with you, I found that the module IS properly being saved! BUT, in order for the NEWLY saved version to load properly, you have to refresh the search parameters in the library dialogue so that this NEW version is picked up by the load. Previously, I have been just reloading without refreshing, and kept seeing the old version. So it's not a save problem, but really, a load problem. Much less severe, obviously, but confusing.
