Can I define a high-current net?

Is it possible to define a high-current net so that when it is auto-routed on the PCB the traces are thicker than signal traces? Or is it necessary to re-route these high-current traces by hand after auto-routing?

@dillon Thank you much for giving a succinct explanation of the solution. I have an add on question: Can you select a net before you auto-route it and set a permanent width? this is for those of us who have a hard time doing all widths at one time when we cant see them under the auto-route screen. I feel like this would make it easier for me personally, but i understand if its an unnecessary feature.
