Cannot import DXF file for board outline in the right size

Hello! Over the past few days, I have been trying to import a custom board outline into EasyEDA for my project. While I am able to import the DXF file to the editor, it is always way too big, or way too small (100mm by 100mm is what I am trying to get). I have a PNG of the outline (attached below) ![sleigh.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/N5aOzavhoDVdJClU39gzFdgIkW1XO0ZnnzBAPKyF.png) That I converted into a DXF file and tried to import into the editor. Selecting "mm" in the importer makes the outline too big, and selecting "mil" makes it too small. I then tried to resize the PNG image using online tools, convert it to DXF and then import it into EasyEDA, and while the size of the outline does change, it is still not the correct size. There has to be something really simple that I am missing. Is there a way to resize DXF files, or resize the board outline within the editor? Thanks for your help

UPDATE: I was able to get it imported, but now it defines the space between the top and bottom of the sleigh as the board, not the sleigh itself.
