On for example a 15" laptop screen with the browser view zoom set to 0, where the Footprint Manager box is bounded by the top and bottom of the browser window, there is no way to scroll down to view the pad dimension info at the bottom of the box:
An extra vertical scroll bar is required in the Footprint Manager.
