I have defined two blind via types in Design... Design Rule... Blind/Buried Via... One is called "groundVia" and connects from the top layer to inner layer 1.  The other is called "powerVia" and connects from the top layer to inner layer 2. When I try to place a blind via, the only one of these two types of via that shows up in the properties dropdown is whichever is set as default.  The dropdown only contains one via type.  The inage below is the dropdown that only contains one via type. This is causing all sorts of DRC failures because half my vias aren't going to the right place.  Is there somewhere else I'm supposed to also be setting up these via types? Help!
