**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
There seems to be no way to halt a failed upload into a forum post or as an attachment into a Project Description, except by reloading the page.
Reloading the page loses anything entered into the post and anything not already saved in the Project description.
* This is bad for users.
If an upload fails for any reason, is there a way to abort the upload and go back to the post without losing any unsaved user input?
