Cannot copy & paste between PCB and PCB Module

BUG

Concise problem statement: Using Shift-Paste to paste components from another PCB if one of them is a PCB module does not work.

Steps to reproduce bug:

  1. Open PCB. Select all and copy.

  2. Open PCB Module. Paste via shift-ctrl-V.

  3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 but from PCB module to PCB.

Results: Nothing is pasted.

Expected results: Selected components and traces to be pasted.

Browser: Vivaldi

Paste via Shift-Ctrl-V does work between PCB (not modules).

Different documents type don't support to copy and paste.
