I cant get this circuit to work, it is a battery, boost, charge and protect board. It boosts and charges fine but wont turn off when below voltage. Can anyone help please? "...but wont turn off when below voltage." Is that with nothing connected to the **Input+** and **Input-** pins? I don't think this is the problem but you have R4 from the CS pin to ground: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/8PMXdr8UffcWqaB0Y1QehtVnHRs1bdHAnTKmqICM.png) whereas it should go from the CS pin to **battery-** as shown in aection 10 of the HY2113-GB3A datasheet: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/QcbJo8hYogm5AwBoIZICWcpcZ8jRT17kLBBWBgIX.png) Are you sure you have selected the appropriate undervoltage option for the HY2113 series chip? If yes, has the chip on the PCB got the right part markings? Although it does not affect your design, also note that for some reason the symbol you have for the HY2113-GB3A has both pins 1 and 3 labelled as OD. For my screen shot I have replaced it with the one in the library which has the correct pin names.

Yeah i have the right chip. The problem i think is that i connected the OD and OC to the wrong pins on the mosfet. While I didnt think this would matter it seems to be the problem. Do you know why that would cause a problem?

@maxibrandon3, I checked your symbol and PCB footprint pin allocations and they looked OK. That was how I spotted the wrong pin name on the OC pin but the pin mappings should be OK so I think you have connected the OC and OD pins to the right places on the MOSFET ackage and got the battery- and GND in the right place too. The duplicated OD pin names shouldn't affect the PCB because the PCB footprint pins are defined by numbers and not names however, I haven't had time to check that you haven't somehow altered the pin mappings directly in the PCB or just not updated the PCB to the current schematic version.

Yes but i think my schematic was wrong. I have changed it now. The OC needs to go to the mosfet nearest to ground and the OD needs to go to mosfet nearest the battery. This somehow is causing the problem. I did a quick switch of the pins and it seems to have solved the problem. I dont really know why however.

"Yes but i think my schematic was wrong....I did a quick switch of the pins and it seems to have solved the problem. I dont really know why however." I don't know why that seems to have fixed the problem either because according to the datasheet for the HY2113-GB3A, your original schematic had the OC and OD pins correctly connected to the MOSFETs. * Did you try changing the ground end connection of R4 to Battery- before you swapped the gate drivers?

No I didn't

OK. I see what went wrong. You have two versions of the PCB. 1\. "NEW PCB" is wrongly wired up\. 2\. "PCB v3" is also wrongly connected up\. I suspect that this is because you did not follow the Design Flow shown in the Tutorial so the connectivity of your PCB is either (a) not generated directly from your schematic (i.e. you created a schematic and a PCB as two separate entities) or (b) was generated by doing "Convert to PCB..." but then has been edited after starting the PCB layout and not then checked against the original schematic by doing "Import Changes..." and by checking in the "Design" tab. You also need to correct the connection to R4 as originally noted.
