Can't display "Properties" window.

**BUG** Concise problem statement: Cannot find a way to display "Properties" window in workbench. Steps to reproduce bug: May not be an actual bug since I'm a newbie. However, I've tried long and hard to get the window to reappear. Thanks. 1. 2. 3. Results: Expected results: Url:<you url here>(click the Share my works button to get it) Browser: Chrome
