Can't include picture into forum's post

Strange issue: today in a former message I could include a picture but now I can't anymore. Does it have to do with the fact that the first time the picture was post into an answer and the second time I wanted to insert the picture into a message initiating a thread ? My settings : Firefox 40.0.3 / MacOS X 10.7.5.

I go into the forum, I create new topic, and if I push on the "insert image" icon, nothing happens.

I can confirm this in Chrome and Firefox on Kubuntu 12.04 LTS. CTRL+G also has no effect. Dragging and dropping an image starts the "Uploading..." process but a 3MB file fails to upload. This used to work. :(

I should add that clicking on the "insert image" icon and CTRL+G work OK on a **reply** to a post. The problem seems to be with trying to insert an image into a **new** post only.
