**BUG**
Concise problem statement: It's not possible to switch a project from private to public anymore
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Right-click on a project
Results: there is no "Modify" choice (unlike what is described on https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/share.htm)
Expected results: there should be a Modify choice from which the user can switch from private to public (or the documentation to do this should be updated if the right procedure is different)
Browser: Chrome 54.
