I want to produce a design on an A4 Landscape but the I keep "losing" the gridlines as I zoom in and out and when I print it to pdf the box I have drawn is off to the left edge.

But you can export the design to pdf file, you can print using pdf file view and adjust the conent. If you have any problem, try to send an email to support@easyeda.com we will help you to export a good file to print.
