Steps to reproduce;
* Create a capactive area (e.g. an isolated copper area such as an pad/oval, with negative size Paste Mask Expansion and negative size Solder Mask Expansion).
* Export Gerber.
* Inspect Gerber (for example with gerbv).
E.g. create something like this;

Since ~6.5.14 (possibly one or two versions earlier as well) , the capacitive areas still show up in the paste mask and solder mask layers, regardless of the negative solder mask and paste mask size.
On previous versions (for example 6.5.1), the behavior was correct and the capacitive area was correctly excluded from both paste and solder mask layers.
Everything in the EasyEDA interface pretends the capacitive areas are correct (including 2D and 3D views), but export of Gerber shows otherwise.
We currently cannot export our PCB as a Gerber, because the Gerber is incorrect, and therefore we cannot order our PCBs until this is fixed.
