Brief title for your desired feature:
Change existing components symbol from cloned projects from US to EU and from EU to US.
And set US or EU style on user preferences

Select All components then press hotkey
Why is this feature important to you?
If I cloned schematic with US styles very hardly change all symbols to EU style.
