When this started happening to me after enabling two-factor authentication on my Google Account, I had to migrate all my projects over to a new account that didn't use Google to sign in. Since I needed two-factor authentication to run my website as well as use an alias email ([support@mysite.com](mailto:support@mysite.com) forwards to my real email), I couldn't disable it to get back in. So if you aren't able to disable that, you might have to use the browser version of EasyEDA or migrate to a new account. Hope what happened to me can be applied to your case.
