Hi Sowmitra, Welcome to EasyEDA. You are correct in that there do not seem to be any publically available spice models for the SN65LVDS31/32 type devices. There are IBIS version 3.2 models available from here: http://www.ti.com/product/SN65LVDS31/toolssoftware and you can find free IBIS V3.2 compatible IBIS to spice conversion software available here: http://www.iometh.com/index.php/s2ibis3-free However, it is not a simple task to create a spice model from and IBIS file. If you can tell us more about how accurately you require a spice model to represent the SN65LVDS31/32, I *may* be able to build a basic behavioural model that will be enough for your simulation. :)

Sowmitra, I have now built a behavioural model that should look something like a single channel of a SN65LVDS31. If you would like to try it out please post back to this thread. I have not yet tried to build a behavioural model of a SN65LVDS32 but that should not be too hard.
