You must have created this footprint with it on then some time later turned it off but you if turn on the Board Outline layer in your PCB Lib Editor then you'll see the round ended slotted holes:  Then you can edit your footprint to get the holes the size and position that you want. Save it (possibly with a new name to distinguish it from your original in case someone else has already used it!)
