Have you set the Net attribute of the Solid Region to the same name as the name of the nets to which you want it to connect? 

Yes, it did set the net to VCC in the attributes of the solid region.

Here's a sample project which demonstrates it [https://easyeda.com/missile666/SolidRegionUnroutedVcc](https://easyeda.com/missile666/SolidRegionUnroutedVcc) The 4 VCC conentions of the 4 resistors are all connected together through a solid region. But the VCC net shows up as unrouted. When I put region aside and just connect them all with regular tracks the unrouted net warning for VCC goes away.
