Connecting to Inner Plane (Power Plane)

I have defined Inner1 as a 5V power plane and Inner2 as a Ground Plane. I have several SIP packages (1x8,1x10 etc.) on my PCB. Some of the pins on the SIP packages are connected to Ground and 5V. How do I connect those pins to the inner power planes? This is the first design of mine using EasyEDA and the learning curve is difficult with this software. I find it hard to find what I'm looking for in the documentation. I'm used to using ExpressPCB's software and it is a very different concept than this software. Regards

I found the problem. I wasn't using the "copper area". I was using the "solid region".
