Hello fellow enthusiasts, I have been developing a PCB to test the continuity of connections between two components at different parts of a machine using 4013 and 4017 ICs. It seems that the PCB doesn't function. A previous PCB with lesser number of connections functioned like a wonder. It would be great if any of you could help or guide me towards the error.
