Hello, I've been working on a very simple transition board that has a couple 50 pin IDC Headers and some wire pads.  Tried autorouting several times and it didn't work very well.  It was making connection that were not connected and then not making some at all.  So started manual routing.  I guess I'm not sure it's making a trace connection to the 50 pin header.  It looks like the trace is connecting when making it but after when I hover over the trace the trace and pad light up but the pin on the header does not.  Does something have to be done to the connector to make it connectable?  Connector was from the user contributed library:  S-50M-2.54-5.
