Having spent a lot of time getting the scematic working I am finding the the convert to PCB is so poor that it would be easier to delete all the connections and start again :)
Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong,
for example in schematic for a buck converter I have three obvous connections
but in PCB only 1?
Any Ideas??

I got you email, after check, that is because of J1 has the repeat pin number, when convert to PCB, all pin1 will only related with pad1.
so you will not get the correct connection. you must fix J1 pin number, and then update to PCB.
@UserSupport Yep that seems to be the issue, although I have no idea how that happened. I have changed them and it is working now :)
