You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
Converting to PCB Issues with double parts when there isn't.

Hi there, I did up a simple schematic and got it over to a pcb fine but with this larger project I'm working on it's saying I have double C3's and a bunch of other parts etc. There are no doubles and I have annotated the sheet still to no avail. Any clues to where I need to look? Thanks

This the #1 mistake at EasyEDA. I am sure you try to save lots of schematics under the same project. Please remove some backup schematics https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/introduction.htm#Prefix-Conflict-Error
