Hi,  In the process of building the PCB, I'm checking the Connections using Rat-lines option, but there are places were Copper Area will do the Job of connecting together, but each time to build the copper area and again remove that for Routing, is becoming a problem, Kindly can give any suggestion as how to proceed with connecting the Ratlines without removing the copper Area.

I do not trust autorouters (any: not just EasyEDA's) so I usually route all boards by hand. If you are going to rely on an autorouter then you can manually route the nets that the copper areas with fill out. That will replace the ratline with traces. Remember to route any such tracks so that they: 1. run into or out of pads at the same angles as the spokes (i.e. if the spokes are at 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees then run the track at the same angle into the pads) 2. are no wider than the spokes created by the copper area tool.
