The copper area rebuilds automatically when opening the PCB when I'm logged in, orders of the PCB were correct also. When I'm not logged in or other users open the design the copper area doesn't rebuild automatically.  Pressing Shift-B rebuilds fine **but doesn't happen automatically**. This causes problems for others ordering my PCB design since they have to know to do this.  Both Chrome and Firefox exhibit this behavior.
