The polygon is not displayed in the gerber file. But in the program - "Photo View" this polygon is displayed.

It is a known issue, please don't make the copper area overlap over 2 stacks.
two stacks:
3 stacks
at present please use solid region instead of copper area for this area. or don't make the copper area overlap too many times.
we will fix this at next release.
