It is not possible to see exactly what the situation might be because your project is private so only you can see it. However, that is not the right way to solve this issue. If you want to put a copper area in then it is usually for a ground and/or a power supply. Therefore, you need to assign a net to the copper area using the `Net` attribute. In your PCB that is what the copper area is assigned to but the fact that copper flooding is not appearing suggests that you have not assigned a `GND` netlabel (a ground symbol in the schematic) to the net that functions as the ground in your circuit. Are you sure you have set the `Copper Zone` attribute in the PCB Editor canvas to `Visible`?
