It looks like this is a problem with this footprint. I can reproduce the problem with your `USB-MICRO-MOLEX-105017-0001-NO-SLOT` footprint (and other people's copies of it!) but not with other, different footprints. I can also reproduce the problem using the original `USB-MICRO-MOLEX-105017-0001`. Comparing the EasyEDA Source files of the original and the copied footprint shows that there is a formatting problem introduced into the EasyEDA Source file when using CTRL+C and CTRL+V to copy and paste the footprint in the editor canvas. If the EasyEDA Source file itself is copied and pasted then the new PCB footprint has the same pin numbering as the original and the EasyEDA Source fie is not corrupted.
