**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
With Snap to grid turned on:
An arc drawn on grid in a schematic symbol is OK but if it is copied and then pasted, the copy is placed off grid.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Ensure Snap to grid is ON;
2. Draw an arc;
3. Copy and paste it into the same symbol.
Results: Arc is placed off-grid
Expected results: Arc should be on-grid.
