Corner radius for rectangular NPTH holes

I am using a reverse mounted LED and need to create a 1.2mm square hole and am concerned about the corners being too rounded. What is the expected radius of a corner in a square hole? Thanks

No PCB manufacturer can provide the truly square hole, they drill the hole by the round drills.

Yes, exactly, but I would like to find out what the radius of the drill would be.
