**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
The units enclosed in brackets after `Value` in the Part Attributes for some 3D components is corrupted.
Instead of showing a character or a symbols appropriate to the type of component suchas an Omega symbol for a resistor or an H for an inductor, some components show unexpected symbols and/or characters.
R1 in the schematic is given as an example.

Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Open schematic;
2. Click on R1.
Results: Value of R1 unexpected characters and symbols inside brackets eclosing the units field
Expected results: Brackets after Value of R1 should enclose an Omega symbol.
