I am trying to create a custom pcb, but my only choices seem to be Rectangular, W. rounded corners, circilar or custom, BUT How do I make a PCB that looks like the one in the picture? Hi! "The drawing toolbar disappears when I go to "Convert schematic to PCB"" I don't get it? You don't create PCB outline in the schematic side. You obviously create PCB outline in the PCB layout side. Regards, Markus Virtanen HW / Electronics Designer

When you do Convert to PCB... and the create PCB outline options panel opens then you can choose the custom option and draw your outline in the Board Outline layer using the Track tool. For the shape you want it is easy to draw a line then copy and paste it and then edit the start and finish XY points to construct the finished shape. Ensure that the end point of each line coincide with the start point of the line it joins with to create a closed board outline. For more on board outline see the Tutorial.
