You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
Custom PCB package

How to create a custom PCB package with electrical pads, and attach this PCB package to the component in schematic, so after I convert the schematic to PCB project it will contain the pads connected with ratlines as it would be normall PCB package?
