AVRISP-6 is the schematic symbol (a.k.a. Schematic Lib). The thing you are missing is the clue in: `(Footprint/Package: AVRSIP)` If you do a **SHIFT+F** search for `AVRISP` you will find the PCB Lib. ![enter image description here][1] which you can then place or edit.
