Hi, I want to make some cuts on a pcb to isolate a relay. In what layer do I have to do it? And I guess it will be with the track tool?

Thanks @MikeDB for your prompt response. But I do not find "Board Cutout" in the Type menu.
You need to draw the solid region first and then select it and it will be there as you seem to have the same version of EasyEdA as me
Brand new interactions and interfaces. 
Easy to use and quick to get started. 
It seems to have changed in the latest release (WHY GUYS ???? - PLEASE LEAVE THINGS ALONE UNLESS THEY ARE BROKEN).
First draw the area you want to cut out using the Solid Region tool.
Then select that area and select "Multi-layer" in the Layer.
Finally select "Board Cutout" in the Type menu.
