DESIGN RULE CHECK ISSUE

Hi, when I open the design rule check window, **trying to click everywhere**, nothing happens. the tutorial talks about a "NEW" button that never becomes active. Is possible to see a brief movie to see the mouse actions so that one could understand the right operation to create a new rule? Thanks a lot Charlie.

Give your new rules a name then enter your new rules in the boxes. Then on the right hand side, select a net then choose which rule to Apply to it.
