i thinks this is not a error. in this case, TEXT is as a track on toplayout. track ok, clearance ok.

@phamduyscb, "TEXT is as a track on toplayout." That is true. "track ok, clearance ok." That is clearly not true. A visual inspection shows that immediately but because the text placed in copper is not recognised as a track, the DRC does not then check (i) clearance, (ii) width, (iii) net name, (iv) connectivity according the the netlist. So the fact that it shorts out a signal track to DCGND is not detected.
