Please
help me to remove DRC error. According to the schematic the MD13S is connected
to VA/regulator or cathode of the diode, but in auto routing this diode is
connected to anode/VCC as well as VA. Connection to VA is giving DRC error. The
idea is that the power supply to the MD13S should be from the diode cathode.
This is the DRC error in the package. You can choose to modify the DRC error level and ignore it, or you can reduce the DRC error spacing.

One important note here about routing.
You should not enter or exit from a pad in 45 degree angles. Always use 90 degree angles so that the trace don't accidentally "scrape" too close of the next adjacent pad.

that seems your footprint pads too close to through the DRC check, you can modify the footprint pads clearance or change the Design Rule clearance smaller
