DRC error and I don't know why (should be simple)

Hi everyone, I have two DRC errors and I can't figure out why. Could someone please let me know what it is and how to fix it, trying to order this board today. Cut (CTRL+X) C2 from the PCB. Under C2 right hand pad (N$3) you have a spurious piece of GND track. ![enter image description here][1] Delete this pad, paste C2 (CTRL+V) and then draw the N$3 net to the snap point of C2 right hand pad. Fixed. [1]: /editor/20161018/5805306832d9a.png
