EasyEDA only supports exporting 3D OBJ model or 2D DXF. When exporting as a DXF you need to import and select your desired layers in whatever CAD software you are using.

I am not sure I understand the "select your desired layers "  - I know how to import the DXF into the openscad software. What does it mean "desired layers"? I would like to get the physical dimensions of the pcb and the holes in it.
