**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
The D Hotkey no longer has any effect after updating to V3.7.2
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Press D key;
2. Click on an object;
3. Move mouse;
Results: Nothing happens
Expected results: Object should move without dragging attached wires etc.
