after upgrading to 6.4.3 the design manager shows no errors for incomplete nets. Did I miss anything?

No, there is no ground plane or small nets left under the pad.
I've just created a new project with a new pcb. Then two pads with GND net - no errors.

Even if you delete one of the GND pads in the example above, the Design Manager still shows no warning of incomplete net.
Ok, thanks for your effort.
I found out that if I draw a "Copper area" (with net "GND") around the pads and then delete this area again, the design manager then shows the errors. Strange.
