I have a PCB with 6 layers:
1. Top Layer with a GND Copper Region
2. Layer 3V3 (Plane)
3. Inner2 (Signal) with a GND Copper Region
4. Layer 5V0 (Plane)
5. Inner4 (Signal) with a GND Copper Region
6. Bottom Layer with a GND Copper Region
How can I create a Design Rule, so that Auto Routing automatically creates a Via to the plane for the Nets: GND, 3V0 and 5V0 if the routing has a certain length?
The expected result would that Auto Routing takes this image:

And routes the Nets GND, 3V3 and 5V0 with Vias like this:

Is what I am asking even possible, anyone care to give an explanation of how a design rule like this may be set up?
