If I want a small cutout inside a board, is there any difference between using a solid region of type "Board Cutout", and just drawing a like-sized rectangle with tracks in the Board Outline layer:  I've always used the board outline layer for internal cuts. But I want to do it the preferred way. Thanks! ...R
