In the Schematic there is no connection to A0 in the PCB there is...
How come, and how can I fix it? I pressed the update button on the PCB multiple times...

this is because the symbol's
ARDUINO-NANO_ARDUINO_NANOPIN problem, you will note the A0 3V use the same pin number 19, so there are connected, you can change the pin number to the right Pin, or find an another sysmbolHOW to show this dialog, select the symbol, and press hot key
