DIP-BLACK-FEMALE-HEADER-VERT(2X20P-2.54) (Footprint/Package: H2X23-2.54)
This component has 40 pins in schematic and 46 pins in Pcb layout.
How is this possible?
This is why we ask users to check their symbols and footprints carefully.
:)
There are several instances of the DIP-BLACK-FEMALE-HEADER-VERT(2X20P-2.54) in the library.
One of them is a System Component (i.e. created by EasyEDA).
All call up the wrong footprint.
It looks to be that the original symbol was assigned the wrong footprint and then several users have copied the symbol without checking that the symbol and footprint match.
In fact the correct footprint, `H2X20-2.54`, exists in the library so you have two options as to how to proceed:
1) You can place the `DIP-BLACK-FEMALE-HEADER-VERT(2X20P-2.54)` in your schematic and assign the correct `H2X20-2.54` footprint to it simply by editing the `package` field.
2) Or you can edit the symbol, assign the correct `H2X20-2.54` footprint to it and then save it. That saved (and now hopefully correct) symbol will then automatically appear in the public library.
In fact I have just done (2) so you do not have to do anything.
